Adverts and their makers are getting more creative as the months go by… I’m spoilt for choice for examples and so I’m going to be creating a few different posts on this subject. Below you’ll find some inspiring and awesome adverts that we’ve already been treated to in 2015… I’m looking forward to seeing more as the year goes on and I have a sneaky suspicion they will get more inspirational and motivational as advertisers tap into the psyche of their Ideal Clients.

Enjoy! 🙂

#DearMe – What Advice Would You Give Your Younger Self? – YouTube

They say: In celebration of International Women’s Day, take part in YouTube’s global #DearMe initiative to inspire and empower young girls everywhere. We all know that growing up is tough. But if you could go back in time, what wisdom would you share with your teenage self? It all starts with two words. Dear Me.

Diversity & Inclusion – Love Has No Labels

They say: While the vast majority of Americans consider themselves unprejudiced, many of us unintentionally make snap judgments about people based on what we see—whether it’s race, age, gender, religion, sexuality, or disability. This may be a significant reason many people in the U.S. report they feel discriminated against. Subconscious prejudice—called “implicit bias”—has profound implications for how we view and interact with others who are different from us. It can hinder a person’s ability to find a job, secure a loan, rent an apartment, or get a fair trial, perpetuating disparities in American society. The Love Has No Labels campaign challenges us to open our eyes to our bias and prejudice and work to stop it in ourselves, our friends, our families, and our colleagues. Rethink your bias at lovehasnolabels.com.

Dove – Legacy

They say: The way a girl feels about her beauty starts with how you feel about yours. With the Dove: Legacy film we are encouraging everyone to create their own positive beauty legacy, so the girls in their lives grow up feeling confident about the way they look and reach their full potential in life. This is the mission of the Dove Self-Esteem Project, which has so far helped more than 14 million young people with body confidence education. Join us, because together we can help even more.

BMW i3 – “Newfangled Idea”

They say: In 1994, no one knew how big the internet would be. Not even broadcast journalists Bryant Gumbel and Katie Couric. 21 years later, a new big idea has them scratching their heads again.

Family: Unskippable – GEICO (Extended Cut)

They say: You can’t skip this GEICO ad, because it’s already over.

If Carlsberg Did Supermarkets

They say: In a world full of dull mini-marts, mega malls and corner shops. Someone had to make the supermarket even more super. That man, was Carlsberg. Probably. We’re always looking for ways we can imagine a better world, most importantly how to make better beer. The beer you enjoy with your mates when you have the time of your life. If you’re up for it, you can always follow us on the social webs for more fun.
